Three managing directors and five experienced managers in the extended management team lead ZAG with a clear division of roles, broad expertise and the aim of ensuring sustainable quality in our HR solutions. The experienced managers play a central role in this: as an extension of the management team, they act as staff units that responsibly implement strategic issues across the organisation, thus ensuring effective implementation and an active corporate culture. Together, they combine entrepreneurial thinking with a human touch. This understanding of leadership is characterised by ZAG founder Martin Weiß - in whose spirit we act with responsibility, attitude and a clear view of people.
