Future Day 2025 at ZAG - Insight into the world of personnel services

At this year's Future Day at ZAG was in our A lot going on at the centre!
As part of the nationwide Future Day 2025 We welcomed six curious pupils who were given an exciting insight into the diverse working world of the ZAG Personnel Services received.

From IT and recruiting about Marketing up to the Property management - Our young guests were able to discover how varied and dynamic the activities in a modern personnel services company are.

"It's always great to see how interested and open the participants approach the topics," says a colleague from the recruiting team. "Many of them don't even realise how many exciting jobs and career paths there are in HR services."

Also the Marketing team used the day to show the students how creative and versatile communication is at ZAG - from social media and campaign planning to events.

"It was important for us to convey that marketing is much more than advertising - it is the interface between people, ideas and emotions. We wanted to show how creative concepts can be used to create real connections," says Sandra Czok, Marketing Project Manager.

In addition to exciting insights into the individual departments, there was also the opportunity, Questions about starting a career, training and careers at ZAG to ask questions. The look behind the scenes at the IT areawhere the participants learnt how digital processes support day-to-day work in a Germany-wide company.

At the end of the day, everyone agreed that the Future Day at ZAG was not only informative, but also inspiring. The students left with lots of new impressions and ideas for their professional future - and who knows, maybe we'll see some of them again soon as trainees or interns!

"It was impressive to see how curious and enthusiastic the young people were. Days like this show how much inspiration they can provide - perhaps even the initial impetus for a later career choice," reports Minu Stöter, who accompanied the day, enthusiastically.
