The year 2025 was marked by challenges, but also by many opportunities and successes. As a personnel service provider, ZAG was able to support numerous people on their career paths, facilitate new placements and create long-term prospects.

Successes in 2025 – a year full of development
ZAG looks back on a year marked by numerous milestones. These include, among others:
- Expansion of our range of services, particularly in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector
- Strengthening internal teams by implementing key account and area sales managers
- Improved placement rate, giving even more employees long-term prospects
- Successful expansion of new customer base in industry, logistics and skilled trades
- Future-oriented digitalisation steps, which have made processes more transparent and efficient
These developments clearly show that 2025 was a year in which ZAG achieved a great deal and made significant progress.
A highlight in 2025: the relaunch of the ZAG website
One special project that was successfully completed in 2025 is the relaunch of the ZAG website. The new site features a modern design, significantly improved user guidance and transparent information on services, job offers and corporate values.
„With the relaunch, we want to bring a breath of fresh air not only in terms of visual appearance, but also in terms of making our services even more accessible and clearly presented,“ explains Dr. Gaude.
The new website is an important building block for ZAG's digital future – and sends a clear signal about service quality and customer focus.
Outlook for 2026 – shaping opportunities, shaping the future
ZAG has big plans for 2026:
